Class Description
Ab Attack Overall health and injury prevention focused on the upper and lower abs, obliques and back muscles as well as the hips and glutes to develop better balance.
BodyCombat Fiercely energetic inspired by martial arts with a wide array of disciplines. You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories. Burn over 700 calories per class.
BodyPump Barbell class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups. Average calories burned per class over 400.
Circuit Training A full body workout that covers cardio and toning. This class concentrates on cardiovascular components interspcaed with intervals for weight challenges.
LBT A class that specifically targets those "problem areas" of the stomach and lower body. This class caters for those areas we all want to get firmer.
Pilates A mat-based workout following techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk.
Tabata Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast calories.
20/20/20 A variety of exercise disciplines: cardio, strength and core based formats that can change each week, using various pieces of equipment. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercise creates intervals and variations that shock your body into getting fit.
Stretch Mobility Core
Yoga A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple relaxation. Regular yoga will help transform both your mind and body, ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability and leave you feeling stronger and more centred.
